Orders and Payment:
Holt Group of Co's seeks to provide current and accurate information on
its Website. However, sometimes misprints or other errors occur. As
such, Holt Group of Co's reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel
or terminate any order for which the price was incorrectly displayed or
where we otherwise displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. We
reserve this right at any stage of the order processing, including after
an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled and
your credit card has been charged, Holt Group of Co's will issue you a
credit to your credit card account or issue you a cheque for the amount of the charge. We
stress that to provide you with a credit, as applicable, is our only
obligation to you. We are in no way obligated to sell to you products
based on errors or misprints. Your order shall be accepted by Holt Group of Co's only if and when
we send you an email notice from Holt Group of Co's confirming our acceptance of your order.
Prices:
Prices quoted do not include charges for shipping or any applicable
customs, brokerage fees, duties, federal, state and /or provincial
taxes. If applicable separate charges for shipping will be shown on the
check out page. The customer is responsible for all sales of goods and
services, Harmonized sales, and other taxes or duties associated with
the order. Unless the customer provides Holt Group of Co's with a valid
and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to
location prior to Holt Group of Co's acceptance of the order, the
customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with
the order.
Delivery and risk of loss or damage:
Title and risk of loss shall pass to customer upon shipment from Holt Group of Co's place of business
("facility", "Office", "Yard").
Holt Group of Co's may deliver the products ordered in installments. Any
delivery or shipment dates given by Holt Group of Co's are estimates
only and Holt Group of Co's is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or
expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery
or shipment date.
Product availability:
Product availability may be limited and may not be available for
immediate delivery. Holt Group of Co's reserves the right, without
liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or
all products. If there is any revision to or cessation of products, we may,
with customer's consent, ship products which have similar functionality and specifications to
the products originally ordered. The customer will be given the opportunity to either reject or
accept the substitute product and price for the substitute product which
may differ from the price of the original product.
Product Suitability
Prior to purchase of a product the customer is to verify the product they are purchasing:
- Complies with all local, county, provincial, state and federal codes.
- That the product complies with their insurance provider.
- That the product is suitable for their application.
Product Instalation
The customer is to ensure the product they are purchasing:
- Is installed to all local, county, provincial, state and federal codes.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by

Any accepted order cancellation would be subject to the terms of the sales order which you received and reviewed when you placed the order.
Warranty:
All products are sold under manufacturer warranty.
The manufacturer's warranty and terms of warranty is ussually stated at the end of the products installation manual.
If the warranty is not specified in the manunual please contact the product manufacturer for details.
Be sure to fill out and return all product warranty registration cards
immediately, and follow the manufacturer's instructions as to product
usage and maintenance in order to insure being able to obtain the
manufacturer's warranty.
